Hi, I’m Rhea Punjabi
My decision to pursue a career as a coach stems from my personal struggle with low self-esteem, unhappiness and the nagging feeling of ‘not being good enough’. I remember my younger self desperately wishing for a genie who would magically help me to overcome my irrational self- deprecating beliefs and wrecking emotional turbulence. Over several years, I have worked on restoring and rebuilding my faith in myself, with remarkable success – I went on to pursue higher studies and worked with prominent organizations. And yet, I still knew it wasn’t enough. Deep within, I was driven by the powerful need to share the lessons I had learned along the way with others who, like me, were coming in their own way of leading a life they would be proud of. I knew I had an entrepreneurial streak and wanted to pursue my own path, which led to me eventually switching streams to work as a coach and mentor. I went on to finally choose a career that I loved (after changing over six jobs in just 2.5 years and wasting many more years due to lack of right guidance), married the love of my life and above all, found myself. Of course, it wasn’t easy but the varied experiences taught me a lot about life, importance of choosing the right career and having the right mentors.
Today, I have my sights trained on changing a million lives with my work, over the next ten years. From empowering people to break out of a rut and embrace new beginnings, to building their confidence, training them to lead their life their way, I am passionate about helping my clients to achieve it all.

While education is, undoubtedly, essential to help you get ahead in your career, not everything you need for professional and personal success is taught in textbooks. In fact, choosing the right career, managing your money, dealing with failures and rejections, handling success play a crucial role in defining you and your life. 80% of success comes from your internal game and only 20% from your external game.It is, therefore, increasingly important to invest your energies and efforts in the right place. A coach just helps you do that even if you are not clear about your career.
